More Pictures

Here are some more pictures of the boys! Everyone is doing great!!! Andrew is talking more and more everyday. He will now attempt to say pretty much anything you ask him to. He is hard to understand still, but what kid isn't????? We have the best speech therapist in the world and he has made incredible progress with her! He is amazing me with his ability to learn and write numbers, letters, words, pictures.... this kid is so smart!!!!!! If the worst thing I have to deal with in his lifetime is his apraxia, then I will consider myself lucky :) His Thomas room is almost finished (waiting on the curtains from Grandma) and he loves it!!!! He is a very smart, fun and active little boy. Matthew is still as crazy as ever.... what can I say... Andrew will be the Harvard grad and Matthew will be a professional party animal :)

I am not sure if I have put this picture on here yet. Anyways, it is cute so I am adding it. Matthew is so happy, but doesn't he just look like he could get into trouble???? I have a feeling this kid is going to be the life of the party :)
Well, to say it lightly, Matthew is quite active. This is Matthew stuck under the table (yes, he is crying because he doesn't know how to get out!)

Well, if anyone ever doubted that Matthew was a Fischer, here is the proof!!!!! Check out those curls. If the fro continues, we will be going for a buzz this summer. I must say the wild hair does fit his personality!!!!!! Wet hair on Matthew means a lot of curls!!!!!

Well, we had our first "big" snow (big for Kentucky). Andrew had so much fun playing in the snow... he even played outside by himself when I couldn't go out with him. I had him bundled pretty good, and he looked so cute in his winter clothes.

Andrew has really been taking an interest in his letters and wanting to write them, so we have been practicing with him. The video with the letters is not the best (you can't see the marker on the board) but you can see him make the lines and know that he is making the letters. I am so impressed with his abilities!!!!! Also, today we were playing and I told him to draw a smiley face. He did it... and the process that he does is so interesting (keep in mind...not quite 3 yet!!!!) I am impressed with his motor skills :) The face that he draws is completely on his own-- I did not teach him how to do that. I didn't even know if he could do it when I told him to try.

So Big!

Matthew will do "So Big" now when you ask him, "How big is baby Matthew?" It is cute. He is such a happy boy :)

Matthew is changing daily! I cannot believe all of the things he is doing and how busy he is becoming! He now pulls up on things, and pretty much refuses to sit. He always wants to stand and cruise down the couch! This is a bad habit for nap time. We used to be able to put him down in his crib and walk out... he would cry for a few minutes and go to sleep. Well, now that he can stand, as soon as you lay him down, he pops right up and stands there and screams. It is awful! I am hoping this is just a phase. He will crawl on all 4's for a few steps, but he still prefers to army crawl. He is eating great, taking a bottle great and overall, just growing and changing in so many wonderful ways!!!! He is starting to feel more like a boy and less like a baby. Some other cool things he is doing.... clapping (I already put that on here) but also waving!!!! When you say, "Hi, May-May" he will wave at you!!!!! It is so cute. I will try to get it on tape.

When Matthew wakes up from his nap, he likes to play around for a little bit before I get him. I love walking in and seeing what he is doing. This is how I found him after his afternoon nap-- as happy as can be! He can't pull up to standing yet, but he can pull to his knees.

I know this isn't the most flattering picture of Matthew-- but it shows off his signature move. He just stays in this position as if he is a model posing for a big photo shoot. It cracks me up!

Happy Boys! It is hard to get a picture of Andrew these days, so I was happy to get this one.

This video is not the best, but it shows Matthew with his latest trick...clapping his hands. If you say "Yeah" really loud and clap your hands, he gets the biggest smile on his face and claps right along with you. Now we are working on "so big!"
